Tier I

Our Tier I packaged is aimed at the smaller organisations and businesses with one location and typically between one to ten end-users with devices to match. This client would typically have one server in their environment (virtual/physical). Although more servers and devices can be added to our monitoring service at an additional cost.

Tier II

Tier II is packaged to attract the smaller organisations and businesses with two location, just growing, with typically between 11 to 20 end-users with devices to match. This client would typically have two servers in their environment (virtual/physical). Although more servers and devices can be added to our monitoring service at an additional cost.

Tier III

Escalating up another level is our Tier III. This package is for our mid to big-size companies who house around 21 to 30 end-users with devices to match. This client would usually have three to four servers in their environment (virtual/physical). Although more servers and devices can be added to our monitoring service at an additional cost.

Tier IV

Lastly, our Tier IV is packaged and aimed for the larger organisations, businesses and/or enterprises with three or more locations with the staff exceeding 30 users with devices matching. You would typically have between five to eight servers in your environment (virtual/physical); although more servers and devices can be added to our monitoring service at an additional cost.
